Rossin Bertin Vorax Sports Cars Concept

Rossin Bertin Vorax Sports Cars Concept
The first ever Brazilian sports cars was recently unveiled at the 2010 Sao Paulo auto show in Brazil and its name – Rossin-Bertin Vorax. Manufacturers of RossinĂ© Bertin Vorax went for a healthy diet for a motor that must ensure their supercars just – the V10 engine of the BMW M5.
The car itself is a dramatic and menacing looking coupe (a convertible is to follow later). The lines are fairly unique, and Rossin has done a good job of making the car look different from most other generic supercar prototypes. It features a carbon fiber body over an aluminum chassis, cradling the Bavarian ten-pot in two states of trim: naturally aspirated with 570 horsepower, or supercharged with 750.

The standard V10 version accelerates up to 62mph in 3.8-second and has a top speed of 205mph (329km/h). The supercharged motor has a better acceleration time of 3.6 and its 180 extra horsepower pushes the car up to a much higher top speed of 231mph (371km/h).
The two men behind the Vorax are CEO and designer Fharys Rossin and (presumably lead investor) Natalino Bertin Jr. The former is a 37-year-old ex-GM designer and the latter is the 29-year-old, car-mad heir to the Bertin Group of slaughterhouses. Mr. Rossin wanted to build a supercar that could compete with the likes of Ferrari, Lamborghini and Porsche; a heady goal.

Bankrolled by meat industry scion Natolino Bertin, Jr. and realized by former General Motors designer Fharys Rossin, the Rossin Bertin Vorax Sports Cars Concept coupe is targeted to hit the market late 2011 or early 2012.
Production of the Vorax coupe will begin at a proposed plant in Blumenau, Brazil in late 2011 or early 2012. A convertible is set to follow twelve months later. Rossin-Bertin expect to sell between 500 and 1,000 Voraxes for around R$700,000 (US$409,836) each. In addition, in 2013, Rossin-Bertin plans to launch a series of open-source version Vorax.

2012 Morgan Sports Cars EvaGT

Morgan was one of the first car companies to see the advantage of a bonded aluminium chassis to give rigidity but also to save weight. The 2012 Morgan Sport Car EvaGT uses a further developed version of the bonded aluminium chassis of the Morgan Aero SuperSports, a chassis that successfully competes in International GT3 Sports Car Racing. Compliant with European and US safety approvals.
2012 Morgan Sports Cars EvaGT
The Morgan Motor Company  has been making new cars all along. Morgan used the unveiling of the EvaGT sports car to again commit to releasing a brand new model every two years, with new niche markets in mind. It says the EvaGT is a four-seater coupe with a bit of “automotive theatre” aimed at young sporting families, while it also has plans for “a fun weekend vehicle” and, most intriguingly, an “electric sports car”.
The Morgan Motor Company is the last survivor of these British sports car manufacturers. Morgan sports car has a history of successful collaborations with German suppliers BMW, Siemens and Bosch. But Morgan also works with a number of young engineering companies in the United Kingdom and with world class British university research departments.

The Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance is one of the most prestigious automotive events of the year, and is drawing the attention of more and more high-end manufacturers. Count Morgan among them, as the company has just debuted the stunning Morgan EvaGT 2+2.
The Morgan Motor Company is in a good position to respond to this challenge because the company is small and flexible with a proven track record of fast development cycles. It currently manufactures one of the greenest sports cars in the world, the Morgan Four Four Sport. Morgan sports cars achieves this result with the use of the new Ford 1.6 Sigma engine coupled with a light chassis. Morgan currently has a young well qualified technical team working towards a potential 5 engineering PHD's, who will make full use of research departments at the University of Oxford, Cranfield and Birmingham City to tap into a technical knowledge network to make more efficient cars. This team is helping to develop a high torque electric motor twice as powerful as others of the same weight and size and a powerful lithium phosphate battery with a higher charge density to achieve the most efficient performance for weight so far.
The turbocharged, 3.0-liter inline-six from the BMW 335i sits under the sculpted hood and produces a healthy 306 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels by either a six-speed automatic or six-speed manual. Morgan sports cars expects a scamper to 62 miles per hour to take 4.5 seconds and a top speed of 170 miles per hour. With its top speed at 170mph, Morgan sports cars Eva GT returns an impressive fuel economy of 40mpg UK, equals to 7.0lt/100km and 33.3mpg US, and has CO2 emissions of 200g/km.
The first public view of the 2012 Morgan sports cars EvaGT will be at the 60th Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, California, USA on the 15th August 2010. The Morgan Motor Company will be taking orders worldwide with a request for a deposit of £5000 from prospective clients for an allocated build slot. The first 100 cars of a limited run are planned to begin production mid 2012 and the "on-road" price will be competitive for a car of this class.

2012 Lamborghini Supercar Jota Murcielago

Lamborghini Supercar Jota Murcielago2012 Lamborghini Supercar Jota Murcielago 1

The first clear pictures of the all-new 2012 Lamborghini MurciĂ©lago supercar surfed over the site today, which were apparently known as the "Jota" and replace the current MurciĂ©lago. The car going on sale early next year and it cost more than £ 300,000.
We all know, the Lamborghini Murciélago, is racing around the year 2002, and its time for him to rest, and let his successor take against the road. Lamborghini's engineers to be ready with a simple substitution of a super-awesome car. Taking steps to their first cold weather training VW / Audi test track somewhere in Scandinavia, following the test-driving super car caught by spy photographers.

It could have been a blisteringly cold Volkswagen / Audi 's secret testing location in Northern Scandinavia, but the prototype of the car was red hot: It's terrific replacement for the Lamborghini Murciélago. Buzzed, called the Jota (name off from the development of the Lamborghini 1970), by the Lamborghini supercar sure to be the largest yet from Sant'Agata Bolognese.

Lamborghini Supercar Jota Murcielago2012 Lamborghini Supercar Jota Murcielago 3

2012 Lamborghini Jota Murciélago is powered by 7.0L V12 engine which is capable of between 700 and 720 of HP and it will take a super-car to an amazing top speed of 362 km / h! New Lambo has a function bespoke carbon composite body and chassis of an aggressive and dynamic, four-wheel drive system will come to an unusually mild.

Sources indicate that this new Lambo will be less than 1500 kg weight, which will probably result in a breathtaking acceleration. Since the power to weight ratio is in the region 470 HP 1000 kg car is likely to accelerate 0-100 km / h in less than 3 seconds.
2012 Lamborghini Jota Murciélago is DSG transmission characteristics, because it would be too difficult and too expensive, but an engineer will come to the seven-speed sequential manual gearbox with the standard seven-speed paddle shift.

It is also expected that the dual-clutch transmission can be used to transfer the right of the four wheels of the new Lambo. Another rumor is leaps and bounds around the new all-wheel drive system supplier Haldex of Sweden. Come through the newfound ease of aluminum / carbon-fiber version of the aluminum space frame Audi R8, which will replace the current Murciélago's steel hull. Other weight savings achieved by the use of lightweight body panels, but instead of the widespread use of carbon fiber, as originally thought, the Lamborghini with aircraft builder Boeing has apparently led to studies on other composites to yield a better cost-benefit ratio than the carbon fiber. Lamborghini's goal going forward is that each new car tips scales around 200 pounds in less than a car, they are replacing.
